Buyer Qualification
Before any transaction begins, we conduct a rigorous qualification process to ensure that all parties meet our compliance standards and are capable of fulfilling their contractual obligations. This protects both buyers and sellers throughout the trade process.
Initial Inquiry Review
We receive and review your Request for Quotation (RFQ), evaluating the product type, quantity, destination, and delivery terms to ensure alignment with our supply capabilities.
Company Verification
Our compliance team conducts thorough due diligence on the buyer's company, including business registration verification, trade references, and financial standing assessment.
KYC & AML Compliance
We perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with international trade regulations and Turkish export compliance requirements.
Banking Verification
We verify the buyer's banking relationships and confirm the capacity to issue the required payment instruments (SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700) through recognized international banks.
Buyer Approval
Upon successful completion of all verification steps, the buyer is approved and assigned a dedicated trade coordinator to manage the transaction from start to finish.
Deal Structuring
Once the buyer is qualified, our trade team structures the transaction to ensure optimal terms for all parties. This includes negotiating pricing, selecting appropriate Incoterms, and establishing secure payment mechanisms.
