Phase 01

Buyer Qualification

Before any transaction begins, we conduct a rigorous qualification process to ensure that all parties meet our compliance standards and are capable of fulfilling their contractual obligations. This protects both buyers and sellers throughout the trade process.

Phase 02

Deal Structuring

Once the buyer is qualified, our trade team structures the transaction to ensure optimal terms for all parties. This includes negotiating pricing, selecting appropriate Incoterms, and establishing secure payment mechanisms.

Terms Negotiation

Our trade team works with both parties to establish mutually acceptable terms including pricing, Incoterms (FOB/CFR/CIF), payment instruments, and delivery schedules.

Contract Drafting

We prepare comprehensive sales contracts that clearly define all obligations, quality parameters, inspection procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Payment Instrument Setup

We coordinate the issuance and verification of payment instruments between the buyer’s and seller’s banks via the SWIFT network, ensuring all terms align with the sales contract.

Phase 03

Transaction Supervision (A–Z)

From the moment production begins to the final delivery at the destination port, our team provides end-to-end oversight to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution.
